Job Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Field Executive<\/strong> to manage on-site client interactions, product deployments, troubleshooting, and support. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, responsible, and capable of handling field operations independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Visit client sites for installation, demonstration, and maintenance of MHTECHIN products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collect client feedback and relay product improvement suggestions to the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct product training and guidance sessions for client personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation of visits, issues handled, and client updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure timely resolution of on-ground issues and report escalations when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support logistics coordination for hardware deliveries and inventory tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Represent MHTECHIN professionally during all field assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience in technical services or operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple field visits per day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware installation, or mobile apps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with customer service protocols and basic troubleshooting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Willingness to travel extensively across locations (bike\/license preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of local geography and fluency in local language(s) a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering \/ IT \/ Business Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
