Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment<\/strong>, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws<\/strong> and organizational policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support onboarding<\/strong> and offboarding<\/strong> processes for employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee engagement programs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Help manage performance appraisal processes<\/strong> and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Eligibility & Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Graduation Year:<\/strong> 2024 or 2025 (BBA, MBA HR, BA, B.Com, or related fields).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong understanding of HR concepts<\/strong> and basic labor laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency in MS Office<\/strong> (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Preferred Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Internship experience in HR, recruitment, or employee engagement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge of HRMS tools<\/strong> or applicant tracking systems (ATS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
