About the Role:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MHTECHIN is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive<\/strong> to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial to shaping a high-performance and employee-focused culture. You’ll handle recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives within a growing tech company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\n
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leaves, and performance reviews in HRMS tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Support payroll processing by coordinating with Finance and ensuring timely and accurate data submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Draft, communicate, and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Organize and coordinate training programs, L&D initiatives, and employee onboarding processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Implement employee engagement activities and support company-wide events and feedback sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  Qualifications & Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 3\u20135 years of proven experience in HR roles such as HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in the IT or tech services sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • HR certification (SHRM, PHR, NIPM) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
