This role is crucial to shaping a high-performance and employee-focused culture. You&#8217;ll handle recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives within a growing tech company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leaves, and performance reviews in HRMS tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support payroll processing by coordinating with Finance and ensuring timely and accurate data submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft, communicate, and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and coordinate training programs, L&amp;D initiatives, and employee onboarding processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement employee engagement activities and support company-wide events and feedback sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u20135 years of proven experience in HR roles such as HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MBA or PGDM in Human Resources Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the IT or tech services sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR certification (SHRM, PHR, NIPM) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive salary and performance-linked bonuses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible hybrid work model (3 days in-office).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group health insurance (employee + dependents).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and casual leave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learning and development sponsorships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A collaborative, innovation-driven, and supportive work culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About MHTECHIN:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MHTECHIN<\/strong> is a fast-growing IT solutions provider based in Bengaluru, delivering advanced software services to clients across the globe.
