Job Description:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager<\/strong> to oversee technology and software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Lead and manage multiple IT\/software development projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage project changes and risk mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and provide project updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and clients to ensure success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 3+ years of project management experience in tech or software industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
