MHTECHIN Technologies is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Enterprise Helpdesk \/ IT Support professional to join our IT team. \ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Provide first-line IT support to internal users
\u2022 Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
\u2022 Handle user access, account setup, and password management
\u2022 Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
\u2022 Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
\u2022 Document issues, solutions, and standard procedures
\u2022 Escalate complex technical problems to senior teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Preferred Qualifications:
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
\u2022 Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and computer hardware
\u2022 Understanding of IT support workflows and troubleshooting
\u2022 Familiarity with ticketing tools is an advantage
\u2022 Strong communication and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
