MHTECHIN is inviting MBA freshers to join our Off-Campus Drive 2025 for the roles of Business Development Associate and Client Success Associate. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, growth-driven, and interested in building long-term client relationships while contributing to business expansion.


๐Ÿ‘ฅ Key Responsibilities

Business Development Associate

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Support lead generation, pitching, and deal closure activities
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines

Client Success Associate

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support
  • Build strong client relationships to improve retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Track client satisfaction and service performance

  • Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025
  • Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales / Operations / HR / IT / Finance or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of business processes and client handling
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
