MHTECHIN is inviting MBA freshers to join our Off-Campus Drive 2025 for the roles of Business Development Associate and Client Success Associate. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, growth-driven, and interested in building long-term client relationships while contributing to business expansion.
๐ฅ Key Responsibilities
Business Development Associate
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Support lead generation, pitching, and deal closure activities
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
Client Success Associate
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support
- Build strong client relationships to improve retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Track client satisfaction and service performance
๐ Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales / Operations / HR / IT / Finance or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of business processes and client handling
- Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
