🧩 Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in the following areas:
- Assist in recruitment efforts: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Help with internal communication and employee engagement activities
- Support performance review and training initiatives
- Contribute to policy documentation and compliance tracking
- Assist in organizing HR events and wellness initiatives
- Learn and use HR tools like ATS, HRMS, and spreadsheets
🎓 Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is detail-oriented and organized
- Is eager to learn about HR practices and tools
- Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
