As a Human Resource Intern, you will assist in supporting the HR department’s daily operations. You will gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of new hire documentation.
- Employee Relations:
- Support HR team in addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting HR policies and programs.
- HR Administration:
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Support the administration of HR programs, such as benefits, performance management, and training.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by assisting in audits and record-keeping.
- Help prepare and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Learning and Development:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to gain broader HR knowledge and experience.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and desire to pursue a career in HR.
