We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Embedded Software Trainee to join our engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about embedded systems and want to develop their skills in a hands-on environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, and test embedded software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and testing of embedded software for various applications.
- Participate in the design and implementation of firmware for microcontrollers and other embedded systems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware components.
- Debug and troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they arise.
- Document code and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for software improvement and optimization.
- Learn and apply best practices in software development and version control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with embedded systems concepts and microcontroller architectures.
- Basic programming skills in languages such as C/C++ or Python.
- Understanding of digital and analog electronics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with embedded development tools and environments (e.g., IDEs, debuggers).
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C) is desirable.
