Job Summary:
MHTECHIN is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce configurations.
- Design and implement complex workflows, process builders, triggers, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure security best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration tools (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft preferred).
- Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader, ETL, and Salesforce Import/Export.
- Expertise in designing custom Salesforce applications and implementing automation solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce App Builder).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
