Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to generate leads.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and strategies.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and build relationships.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate (2024 or 2025) with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
