MHTECHIN Technologies is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Enterprise Helpdesk / IT Support professional to join our IT team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in IT support, troubleshooting, and enterprise system management.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide first-line IT support to internal users
β’ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
β’ Handle user access, account setup, and password management
β’ Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
β’ Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
β’ Document issues, solutions, and standard procedures
β’ Escalate complex technical problems to senior teams
πΉ Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
β’ Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and computer hardware
β’ Understanding of IT support workflows and troubleshooting
β’ Familiarity with ticketing tools is an advantage
β’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
