This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in IT support, troubleshooting, and enterprise system management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line IT support to internal users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Handle user access, account setup, and password management
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
• Document issues, solutions, and standard procedures
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior teams
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and computer hardware
• Understanding of IT support workflows and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing tools is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
