The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the full cycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement and oversee programs that promote a positive employee experience.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

- Training and Development:

- HR Policies and Compliance:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
